With CE (European Union) and US quality certification, and backed by a 3-year warranty on wood and heaters, 12-month warranty on electrics, you can buy with confidence. In the unlikely event of a problem during the warranty period, we will forward you replacement parts, at our cost!
 
This warranty is provided for all Infrared Saunas purchased through Fresco Living Limited.

One-year limited warranty on stereo and controllers

THIS UNIT IS MEANT FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF INFRARED SAUNA IS PLACED OUTDOORS.

Limited warranty on Infrared Sauna replacement parts. Fresco Living Limited warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Parts which become defective within the warranty period will be replaced except for damage due to negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Lifetime of components covered by the limited lifetime warranty is limited to 3 years

Fresco Living Ltd will not be responsible for labour incurred by its authorized service agents in removing, inspecting and reinstalling the warranty parts. Fresco Living Ltd will not cover any labour costs attributable to disassembly and reassembly of the unit, except where the affected unit is returned to base at owner’s cost. Replacement parts will be shipped at the cost of Fresco Living Ltd. Fresco Living Ltd will not be responsible for labour costs of the routine maintenance, adjustments or alterations to the calibration of the electrical devices.

When sent to Fresco Living Ltd for repair, the product must be accompanied by the sender's name, mailing address, daytime telephone number and any other information relating to the sender's claim.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and terminated upon transfer of ownership. This warranty shall not apply to any product or component used in any industrial, rental, club or commercial purpose.

This warranty shall not apply to any claims arising from the misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, improper installation, including but not limited to exposure to fire or to excessive heat, and other hazards of nature. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer or Fresco Living Ltd be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, components, and the parts attached, or installed with it. Nor for injury to any person, any claims for damages arising from the use, installation or servicing of the product. The purchaser is responsible for providing adequate access to the equipment so that any necessary service may be performed. All costs for removing and reinstalling the sauna including the freight charges to and from customer shall be at the customer's expense.
